We had our new fire installed back in February and I can quite honestly say that it is the best thing since sliced bread!

Neil offered fantastic communication and kept me informed throughout while waiting for the glass and then arranged for an engineer to come and fit. Overall very happy to recommend and very friendly. Will certainly keep using Burning Desire in the future and will recommend to friends and family.
Rachel Howarth12/12/2023We wanted a log burner with twin flu but also a false chimmney breast. Burning desire had good reviews so decided to visit the show room. They had so much choice from stoves, harths, mantles, chambers they have it all! and I visited a few shops in G manchester. All the staff I spoke to were very helpful, patient & very knowledgeable which was great as a novice to this. I felt under no pressure to buy at any point and I left confident these guys would do a good job. We chose the Dik Geurts soren stove. We had a couple of delays with fitting dates however it was finished in a day, the workmanship and finish is fantastic. so happy with it and wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them. Thank you!

Couple of issues came up but Brad sorted them and John the fitter was excellent. Very tody, took care in the house and did the job quicker than initially thought. We specifically wanted a Stovax stove, having admired them for some time, and Burning Desire was one such place nearby that sold them. Straight from the beginning, having met Craig at the showroom it was evident he was very knowledgeable about the industry and the products he sold. To further compliment this, Craig provided a high level of customer service, which ultimately made our job considerably easier when deciding which local firm we were going to proceed with. Now that the stove has been installed, not only are we really happy with the finished product but also we are content that the after care service from Craig is at the same high standard as we have been used to from the beginning. Now it’s time to sit back and enjoy the new stove with a glass of red! Lovely stuff!
